PBM Workshops!
₪100.00Join our staff on a pretzel and challah making journey.Quick ViewIn our bread-making workshops, we focus on 2 popular products: soft pretzel and challah rolls. We learn how to work correctly with dough and how to form a product the same way that professional bakers do. We will understand what distinguishes different baked products and also learn about the processes that the different raw materials go through. The hands-on activity is accompanied along with a historio-geographical overview of the craft of breadmaking and the significance right here.At the end of the workshop every participant leaves with two fresh, warm, baked products that they themselves made!The workshop is appropriate for most ages and lasts for approximately 1 hour, with an additional 20 minutes (approximately) while waiting for the doughs to finish baking!Cost: for a private group of up to 25 participants, the workshop is 2500 shekels.
